HOW DOES IT WORK?
It's easy and fun to use

"Praise2you" is an online process available within an already predetermined organization that employees can use.

The user selects the person they wish to thank from within the organization by searching for them by name. They enter the thank you text and the number of points they wish to give along with the specific corporate values and submit it. They may award a maximum of 100 thank you points per week to their selected recipient. The points given must be in multiples of 10.

The user may give a maximum total of 1,000 points per week. The user may send up to 100 thank you points to as many colleagues as they choose up to a maximum of 1,000 points.

Of each point award given by the user 10% goes to themselves.

Once a certain number of points have been collected, the user may request a gift from the gift catalogue to the value of the points held. This request goes to the HR department panel, which gives the recipient their gift.

The "Praise2you" process develops both internal corporate relations and interpersonal relationships among employees. We should also remember the motivational value of the gifts that "Praise2you" points bring to recipients.
